Red & Jack

Wow what a stunning couple and what a photoshoot!

These two were so easy and natural to photograph, and happy to try anything, including running into the sea, which I absolutely love.

Red and Jack are the first couple I've photographed outside of a wedding scenario and it was an amazing experience! With the pressure off of getting all the right shots that you need for an event like a wedding this opened up such relaxed and fun atmosphere that I will take forward into all of my next shoots. It gave us more time to try new things and see what worked for them and created the best movement for the photos. This also created the perfect 'date night' vibe, with all of the close contact and cuddling prompts, also aided by the rugby tackles and chasing games.

Not only this but the weather was perfect! after raining heavy for the hour before the shoot, it stopped just in time and even gave us a beautiful sunset to go with it.

We used Lossiemouth East Beach for the photoshoot, it has everything you could need for a photo opportunity, from dunes at the back, a gorgeous beach with crystal clear waters as well as east Morayshire in the background or Lossie town depending on which way you shoot. I can't wait to have another photoshoot there to experiment with the estuary side as well as using the new bridge for a backdrop as well.
